Daily Durability is a trauma-informed movement enhancement system that builds your physical freedom through a kinaesthetic educational approach to movement, joint mobility, and pain management.

 

The philosophy is simple - move every joint daily - in as little as 15-minutes per day.
 

This program gives you access to over 70 follow-along videos for the spine, shoulders, hips, neck, upper body and lower body that progresses over four weeks to help you build your own movement library.

 

With on-going access it provides you with the structure and the flexibility to create your own daily practice as needed.

 

In addition, you'll find a self-screening video to assess your progress, breathing tutorials, and seven self-myofascial release tutorials.

 

All of which use an integrative blend of movement and therapeutic modalities. Daily Durability will give you a sense of agency to discover the tools to live your best, most resilient life.
