“The issues are in the tissues,” is a classic metaphor that speaks volumes of truth. To release stress, and to regulate the nervous system, we need to MOVE our body. That’s why in this webinar we learn how to befriend the “thinking” part of our brain, by exploring movement-based learning.

In this webinar you will learn the neuroscience of how to regulate your nervous system and the role it plays on healing chronic stress and pain-care. We will deep dive into bite-sized lessons that are easily digestible, practical and meaningful to integrate into your daily routine.

In addition to the learning modules, you’ll be offered a toolkit of movement-based practices that can help you effectively process and manage stress, release limiting beliefs and move stagnant energy out of the body to improve well-being and improve your widow of resilience.
Each module is 20-minutes and starts with understanding the role of the nervous system in regulating homeostasis. Each module focuses on a specific system and includes learning essential biomechanics, and biology to change the state of your nervous system in real time.
Each module is then accompanied by a 20-minute movement practice to integrate the "thinking" part of the webinar series.
